Getting started

Create or confirm your B2B account

Make sure you have an active B2B account. If you don't have one yet, fill in the application form and our trade team will be in touch within one business day.

Logging in

Log in to your account

Click the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or use the direct link below. Make sure to use the email address your B2B account is registered under.

Authentication

Enter your email

Type in the email address associated with your B2B account and click Continue to receive your one-time access code.

Enter the one-time code

A 6-digit access code will be sent to your inbox. Enter the code to log in, each code is valid for a single use only and expires shortly after being issued.

Check your spam folder if the code doesn't arrive within a minute.

Your interface

Access your B2B interface

Once logged in, click the profile icon in the upper right corner to enter your B2B interface. All products will automatically reflect your agreed trade terms and display the recommended retail price (RRP) alongside your net price.

Account management

Manage your account

Inside the B2B interface you can view and edit your order history, personal details, saved addresses, and Company Users, the people who have access to place orders on behalf of your account.

You can invite team members with either Standard access (full ordering rights) or Limited access (items added for approval only).

Shopping

Your cart

Your active cart is always saved to your account, so you can add items and return to it whenever needed, across sessions and devices. Your B2B pricing is reflected directly in the cart, alongside the RRP.

Checkout

Proceed to checkout

When you're ready, click Checkout inside your cart to begin the order process.

Order notes & shipping address

On the next step you can add a comment to your order, such as a PO number or delivery instructions, and select an existing shipping address or add a new one.

Review & pay

Choose your preferred shipping method and payment method, either Payment Link or Bank Transfer. Review your order total including any applicable taxes before completing the order.

Confirmation

Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us with payment details and instructions. This email is sent within 24 hours on weekdays. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched, you will then receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email.

You can monitor order status at any time under My Account.
